SHIPBUILDER, Navantia which is owned by the Spanish Government has reached an in principal agreement whereby if it wins a new contract to build three Royal Navy ships, it will use the Harland and Wolff shipyard based in Belfast.

Married to Ophelia in Gibraltar in 1978, John has spent much of his life travelling on security print and minting business and visited every continent except Antarctica.
