Fatal fall trying to get into ex-girlfriend’s home in Valencia Costa Blanca

A 23-YEAR old man fell to his death while trying to get through a window into his ex-girlfriend’s fourth floor apartment in Torrefiel in Valencia.

Spanish media reported that the woman no idea anything had happened until the police knocked on her door.

It was a neighbour who alerted the emergency services on Sunday afternoon after hearing a loud noise and seeing the young man of Algerian origin on the ground of the first floor terrace.

A SAMU health team rushed to the property, but were unable to resuscitate him.

The 26-year ex-girlfriend had reportedly dumped her boyfriend the day before. He left the property they shared, taking his stuff with him. The woman kept the keys.

There had been no reports of any mistreatment.

Police have opened an investigation to determine exactly what happened.
