FOR the 41st year, the annual Benalmadena Living Bethlehem will be presented at the Los Limones Park on December 1 starting at 4pm.

Councillor Pilar Ramírez when announcing the event, explained that this is one of the most welcomed and beautiful traditions of Benalmadena Pueblo and is performed by more than 50 local residents who re-enact the Nativity.

It has been organised by the Catechesis of Benalmadena Pueblo group and directed by Lola Guerrero from the town theatre school.

This year will feature a number of musical pieces with the assistance of the Virgen de la Cruz Choir and Santo Domingo Park Choir.

All of those taking part have given up their time to rehearse twice a week since October and this year will see a longer presentation than in the past due to public demand.

All involved are determined that this will be the most entertaining and professionally presented performance ever.
