COUNCILOR for Youth of Fuengirola, José Manuel Martín announced in a press conference this week, that the III Animagic Fuengirola 2019 Meeting will take place date on December 7 and 8 at the Peace Palace. The event for fans of board games, manga, anime, video games, role-playing games and all areas of ‘geek’ culture will include all these and many more activities with free admission. Martín explained, “We will have activities such as Soft Kombat, live role, board games, 3D printing, and workshops, at zero cost for all people who want to attend.” He was accompanied at the conference by José Salvador Marín, from Fennec Fox 3D, a company that makes 3D designs. Marín explained that “Our company is dedicated to 3D printing and rapid prototyping, which consists of making pieces based on games, masks and any part that the user has in mind, the material in which it is printed is totally ecological plastic reused from the bottle caps.”
They were joined by Daniel Martín who explained that “We are going to organize Soft Kombat activities, a sport in which two or more people duel with foam rubber weapons made by hand, simulating ancient weapons.”
