AN apparently new scam has appeared in the UK which could spread here into Spain concerning Netflix and hijacking of customer information.
A number of former subscribers to that platform have complained that once they have cancelled their subscriptions hackers have stolen their information to renew their accounts (often upgrading them) using their details but with brand new logins.
The scammers then sell the login details to others users at discounted prices and the old customers suddenly find themselves being charged on a monthly basis.
