TERRY GLOVER has been charged with murder after the death of a 12-year-old boy in a horrifying hit-and-run outside a school in Essex, England.
Harley Watson tragically died in hospital after a vehicle intentionally ploughed into children who were leaving Debden Park High School in Loughton at 3.20pm on Monday (December 2).
