Double Murder Linked to organised crime
ANOTHER man has been shot dead on the Costa del Sol – the second in a week.
The body of a man was found this morning in a ravine at the Peñon del Cura beach opposite the Marina del Sol urbanisation.
First investigations indicate that he died as a result of several shots, with bullet casings found in the area.
The 112 emergency line received a call at 9.15 am from a private individual saying he had found a body.
Guardia Civil say an investigation has been opened to clarify the circumstances surrounding the death of the man.
Officers are at the scene looking for clues, with the body due to be transferred to the Institute of Legal Medicine (IML) in Malaga, where a team of forensic doctors will perform a post mortem examination.
