UK PM Boris Johnson travels to Buckingham Palace to ask the Queen to form a new government, following the Conservatives’ victory in the general election. The largest Tory majority since 1987.
As Euro Weekly News understands, this meeting is a formality before forming a government. According to reports there will be a minor reshuffle on Monday and the Brexit bill will go before the MPs next Friday.
Boris Johnson has stated to say that he will “repay” the trust of voters and lead a “people’s government”
