Supporting Benalmadena shops Costa del Sol

A PROMOTION to attract shoppers away from large stores and shopping centres is being run in the town with the slogan “Do your shopping in Benalmadena. We all win.”

It has been organised by the Association of Merchants and Businessmen of Benalmadena (ACEB) with the collaboration of the Association of Open Mall of Benalmadena (ACCAB) and there will be gifts totalling €4,000 by way of prizes and awards to encourage local shopping.

Those buying their Christmas gifts in the town can vote for their favourite store and full details of winners in all categories will be released in the New Year.

To encourage participation, Santa and his elf helpers will be travelling through different parts of the town distributing gifts and taking letters for the Three Kings on different days.

They will be Arroyo de la Miel on Friday December 20 from 5pm to 7pm visiting all of the busiest streets and squares and on the following day they will be in the Pueblo from 11am until 1pm in a specially prepared buggy which has been permission to drive along the winding streets of the village.
