HISTORIC: The Deputy Mayor visited the archaeological sites
THE Town Hall in Marbella will allocate €170,000 to promote archaeological sites in the municipality. The Deputy Mayor of San Pedro Alcántara highlighted an Interpretation Centre and guided tours among the new plans. He also explained that maintenance would be carried out at the Paleo-Christian Basilica and The Roman Baths in Guadalmina.
Deputy Mayor Javier García, visited the Basilica Vega del Mar to promote the new measures approved by the Town Hall. During his visit, he spoke about the new project to build an Interpretation Centre by the city’s Roman remains. He also insisted that the new changes would mean the archaeological treasures could open to the public for several days a week
