THIS week, the sale of red prawns will represent an important economic boost for the fishing sector in Mallorca, Spain.
Here, professionals hope to make excellent catches when the price of the crustacean will increase considerably on the market. There are currently 22 trawlers on the island, of which 14 are dedicated solely to catching shrimp.
