THE Guardia Civil have reported that a shocking attempted kidnapping of a 4-year-old boy took place in Guadalajara, Spain.
According to reports, on Friday, December 20, the boy’s parents were out with their son enjoying a spot of Christmas shopping in Azuqueca de Henares.
A man then approached the child and pulled him away from the hands of his mother and ran towards a nearby car. The mother then screamed in despair with passers by stopping to help. The man then dropped the child onto the floor and drove away from the scene at great speed.
The parents of the young child then reported the incident at a local police station, evidently distressed that an attempt was made to take their son.
Police have now launched an investigation in an attempt to identity the individual and warn parents to use the highest level of caution when out with their children.
