Ice rink has proven popular Credit: Ayuntamiento de Fuengirola

ALTHOUGH it was due to close on January 6, the ice rink at the Christmas Village in Fuengirola has proven to be such a popular attraction that it will now remain open for an extra week until Sunday January 12.

It is a natural ice rink equipped with the latest technology which makes it easier for all levels of skater to enjoy the facility and because of its location at the entrance to the fairground it is easy for parents to take their children to enjoy this festive sporting option.

Prices have been pegged to an acceptable level so that all should be able to afford to use the rink and for the last week there will be a number of different daily events organised by the council.
