CLEVER: The system tracks all incidents such as consumption, leaks and fraud.
THE municipal water company Emasa, has taken one step further towards making the most of current technology. The company hopes to implement real time detection of any incident that occurs in their home service, including leaks and fraud.

The tool would allow relatives to watch over elderly family members or people with mobility problems, who would be notified of any incidents. However, the implementation of this measure would require close collaboration with the Social Services and the authorisation of the holder.
