Donald Trump statement on Iran

U.S President Donald Trump started his statement to the world, by saying that as long as he is President of the United States – Iran will never be allowed to have a Nuclear weapon. Trump continued his statement by saying Good morning, and continuing to say “Iran appears to be standing down” and clarified that there was no US casualties in the Iranian missile strikes on US facilities in Iraq last night. 

Trump took responsibility for the US drone strike that killed Major Qassem Soleimani. He stated that the U.S eliminated the world’s top terrorist. He claims he was planning new attacks but they have now stopped him. 

Donald Trump has stated that he will impose additional economic sanctions on Iran. Trump called on the UK and a number of other European countries to break away from the 2015 Iran Nuclear deal. He describe the deal as “foolish” and had previously announced the US will abandon. 

U.S President says he is going to ask NATO to become much more involved in the Middle East.
