Three women have been arrested by police today aged 53, 43 and 36 after another women fell to her death from a block of flats.
There was a report of a disturbance at the block, thought to be Littlecross House, in Philip Street in Bristol around 2am on Saturday. Officers responded, and attempted first aid after they had found a woman had fallen from the flat. Despite all efforts from police and ambulance crews, the woman sadly died at the scene.
The woman has not yet been identified formally, but it is believed she is a 50 year-old who was visiting the block. The three women arrested in the early hours remain in police custody whilst the officers continue their inquiries to establish circumstances leading up to the death. Police are doing house-to-house enquiries and forensic examinations.
