THE Guardia Civil’s Mountain Rescue Unit has been praised for carrying out two search and rescue operations between January 11 and 12 in the Serra de Tramuntana in Mallorca, Spain.
On Saturday, a 71-year-old man was rescued from the Torrent Cornellar des Pou and on Sunday, a 52-year-old woman was assisted on the Torrent de Na Mora.
