The volcano known as the Taal just outside Manilla in the Philippines has started to spew red hot lava now after reports yesterday of volcanic ash shutting the nearby airport.
This has raised concerns and a large eruption warning has been issued.
The Taal Volcano in Batangas province, south of the capital Manila, began to erupt in the early hours of this morning after blasting steam and rock up to 15,000 metres into the air on Sunday.
Authorities are now warning of “an imminent hazardous eruption”.
Locals are currently evacuating in haste as the country prepares for Taal to explode with a large eruption.
