GETTING ON: Buildings constructed before 1969 face inspections in Marbella

ALMOST 500 BUILDINGS in Marbella which were built over 50 years ago will undergo a technical inspection in 2020, as the Town Hall lists all properties built before 1969 that will be reviewed. The objective of the new measure is to guarantee compliance with health, safety and accessibility.
