Rockabilly rules on the Costa del Sol Spain in early February

THE 26th Rockin’Race Jamboree will be held at the Prince of Asturias Auditorium in Torremolinos from February 6 to 9 and promises to be a major musical event with more than 30 bands DJs and classic cars.

It’s a real rockabilly event that attracts audiences from all over Europe and the town of Torremolinos is the place to be seen if you like Beehive hairstyles, drapes, 50s fashion and American music.

There are some surprise bands promised along with four days of real fun and glamour.

There is a great five day offer at €80 per person to include a free cd although you can buy entry for single days but at €40 per person and be warned, Sunday tickets are already exhausted.

A number of the events take place in different parts of the town and there will be a limited number of market stalls offering a selection of goods in keeping with the event.
