Two plumbers, aged 38 and 59, died on Tuesday in Castalla (Alicante, Spain) trapped in a septic tank where they were working after a valve burst and they were overcome by toxic fumes.
According to the Information and Coordination Centre for Emergencies (CICU) and sources from the provincial Consortium, the tragedy happened at 5pm on Tuesday in the Castalla Internacional urbanisation.
