LOCAL restaurants were once again invited to join the fourth edition of Plat de Calent (Warm dish),
The town hall’s Commerce councillor Miguel de la Hoz urged restaurateurs to take part in the initiative and between February 21st and March 1st offer a dish based on Altea’s old-fashioned winter “spoon food” with quality seasonal ingredients.
Plat de Calent’s objective combined increasing the town’s gastronomic offer while keeping alive the town’s culinary traditions, De la Hoz said. Those interested in taking part should contact the Comercio department at the town hall by ringing 965 84 13 00 or emailing the [email protected] email address.
