COSTA ALMERIA NEWS: Huercal-Overa promotional video premiere at Spain’s FITUR international tourism fair

A NEW video promoting the visitor attractions of Huercal-Overa will premiere at this week’s FITUR international tourism fair in Madrid.
Produced by the local council, the video offers a tour around the town’s streets, squares, parks and most important monuments, like the castle and the church. The production also features the outlying areas of the municipality Overa, Nieva, Urcal and San Francisco, sports facilities, cultural options and the landscapes and countryside.

The soundtrack is the ‘Cuatro Estaciones’ by young local singer-songwriter Jose Javier Rizo.
The video is due to gets its first official viewing tomorrow Wednesday on the Almeria stand.
Huercal-Overa Mayor Francisca Lourdes Fernandez will be there, accompanied by Tourism councillor Maria del Mar Meca.
The mayor has commented on how pleased she is with the video, which she says “captures the essence of our municipality and invites you to visit and enjoy it.”
