It’s with sadness that whilst the family and community of Benidorm have been searching for missing Phil Pearce that he’s been found dead in Benidorm.
The search has being going on since September but to no avail until now.
Phil’s son announced on Facebook – to the page set up to find his missing father,
“To our saddest regrets we can confirm that our dad Phil Pearce has been found deceased in Benidorm.We would like to take this opportunity to thank all for the support you have given to our family. Can I please ask if the family can be left to grieve for Phil (Dad) in this very sad hard time.”
The sad post has already seen an outpouring of grief for the loveable man originally from Bridgewater in Somerset with over 350 posts already and still growing.
Phil Pearce 68 was last seen in September after he reportedly left a police station and was never seen since and was suffering with dementia according to the facebook group set up for his search.
Phil was a man who simply got on with everyone a very likeable character who will be greatly missed in the Benidorm community.
We the Euro Weekly News who published missing reports in the hope Phil would be found wish his family our sincerest condolences.
RIP Phil.
