Caroline Flack, 40-year-old TV presenter died on Saturday, hours after she was told the CPS was pushing ahead with her case.
Flack, is the third person who had appeared on the popular ITV2 dating show to take their own life, Sophie Gradon, 32, killed herself in June 2018 an Mike Thalassitis, 26, was found dead in March last year.
There are now doubts about the future of the TV show, following Flack taking her own life while her producer friend who was staying with her in London, went to the shops.
Paramedics were called to Caroline Flack’s North London home the day before she killed herself, but didn’t take her to hospital after a clinical assessment.
There were concerns of the former Love Island presenter’s welfare, but ambulance crews decided against taking her to hospital after checking her over.
Ambulance crew were sent there again less than 24 hours later, at 2,30pm GMT on Saturday, after being found dead inside the property by her father Ian, after taking her own life.
