Firemen from Spain’s Seville City Council rescued a 92-year-old woman who had fallen to the ground in her home, unable to move or call for help.
It was the elderly woman’s neighbours who triggered the alarm after they realised they had not seen her for a few days.
The firemen entered the house through one of the windows, and found the woman lying on the floor next to the bed, with a bump on her head and reportedly in a dazed state.
The old woman was unable to say how long she had been lying on the floor, she was then taken to hospital for further examination.
