The construction jobs of the first automated skyscraper in Benidorm, Costa Blanca, begin

One of the most characteristic elements of Benidorm (Costa Blanca) is its exquisite skyline formed by numerous skyscrapers located along the coast of Poniente Beach. Now it will have one more, a new building with home automation equipment of almost 100 meters high and a panoramic swimming pool on the 26th floor, the Benidorm Beach project.
The company in charge of the project is the Alibuilding developer, belonging to Aligrupo. Benidorm Beach will be located a few meters from Poniente Beach and it is intended to redesign the city’s skyline.
Benidorm Beach will have 36 heights and 196 homes, two vertical communication centres and three elevators. In addition, it will also include an indoor swimming pool of more than 60 square meters with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea that will be located on the 26th floor, one of the highest in Spain in a residential area.
In addition, the 27th floor will be fully occupied by a gym. It will also have two outdoor pools, sports spaces and a chill-out. The houses will have modern home automation systems, looking for energy efficiency. In addition, it will be built with top quality materials and very particular designs.
With the aim of moving away from drunken tourism, in recent years Benidorm is betting on a double remodelling of its tourist and urban model. In this way, it is carrying out a special revaluation in the area of ​​Poniente Beach, where residential buildings are being built with houses and common areas of high quality. Thus, the city is seeking to attract a more exclusive audience and quality tourism.
