There was chaos on a motorway today as a lorry carrying 170 pigs overturned in Spain.
Three lanes were closed after the crash, which involved six vehicles. Some of the animals escaped the lorry after it crashed into a guard rail, El Periodico reported.
The crash happened around 9.05am on the A6 highway in Las Rozas near Madrid, Spain.
Firefighters managed to collect two escaped animals while others sadly died in the crash.
According to reports, a man, 46, was left with a head injury and was taken to hospital and emergency services treated four other people for minor injuries.
The incident caused a large traffic jam at the end of rush hour however the road has now reopened.
