Free visits to Fuengirola’s archaeological site on the Costa del Sol

FUENGIROLA Town Council will open the site of the Ciudad Romana de Suel to the public to disseminate its archaeological project among citizens. A total of fifteen visits are planned, which will take place in the first half of March. Those interested should register at the information office of the Casa de Cultura.

The team of archaeologists will explain the function and methodology of these works to raise awareness of the historical importance of these remains and the role that the historical legacy can play in the future. Visits have been scheduled for the first two Wednesdays and Fridays of March, that is, on March 4, 6, 11 and 13 at three different times: 10 a.m. 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. In addition, two more visits are planned for Saturday, March 14, at 11 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. To register you must go to the information office of the Casa de Cultura or call 952 58 93 49.
