THE Costa Blanca resort’s town hall will ask coastal authority, Costas, for permission to have control of Benidorm Island. It has now remitted a draft of its plans to rehabilitate the quay and existing structures including the restaurant which will be transformed into an informal museum or Interpretive Centre, revealed Benidorm’s mayor, Toni Perez.
