It has now been reported that a possible coronavirus patient has been discovered in Seville, Spain.
As of yesterday, the Virgen Macarena University Hospital in Seville has isolated a patient, with suspicion of a possible coronavirus outbreak. The correct protocol for the disease has been implemented in order to determine if the patient indeed is infected. Initial tests are being done and the person will remain isolated until these tests determine whether or not this is a confirmed case.
Adding to this, yesterday, another patient with suspected coronavirus symptoms was isolated at the University Hospital of Puerto Real in Cádiz, pending test results.
At this moment, nothing else is known about these possible cases. More information is sure to follow during the day, so stay tuned.
