Torremolinos announces plans for International Women’s Day on the Costa del Sol

COUNCILLOR for Equality and Diversity of Torremolinos, Nicolás de Miguel, has announced the different activities that are being prepared to commemorate International Women’s Day on March 8. These activities will be extended throughout the month and will include the project ‘La Creatividad en Femenino Plural’, within which activities focused on women of Torremolinos will be launched, with various interviews during the month of March on Torremolinos TV.
To coincide with this project, Nicolás de Miguel has announced that on March 8, at noon, an event in the plaza Costa del Sol, which will consist of a presentation by the group of businesswomen of Torremolinos, a chamber music concert with the name of ‘Sinfonía en Femenino’ with the collaboration of young people from the Joven Orquesta Provincial de Málaga, which will be composed of women and directed by Celia Viñolo. Next, a tribute will be made to ‘La Mujer Empresaria del año’ from Torremolinos to end the event with a party finale by ‘Blue Swing Torremolinos’.
