GARRUCHA resident Carlos Garcia has become the first ever Spaniard to walk alone across Lake Baikal in Siberia.
The 672-kilometre arduous trek took him 14 days and seven hours, during which he suffered the beginnings of frostbite in nine fingers, Spanish press reported.
