POLICIA Local of Rincon de la Victoria has already drawn up a total of 15 sanction acts for non-compliance with the confinement order that establishes the state of alarm decreed by the government to try to control the expansion of the
Residents are urged to remember that the State Security Forces may sanction anyone who does not comply with the restrictions set by the state of alarm with fines of between €601 and €30,000 or even prison, in extreme cases of disobedience.
The officers, as in the rest of the municipalities, have established police controls throughout the municipality with the sole initial intention of informing citizens of restrictions on their movements.
Citizens should only leave the house to go to work, to shop for food, attend a medical centre or take care of a dependent person. Also, movement is allowed for domestic needs such as taking out rubbish or walking the dog.
