THERE is evidence that adopting a positive attitude towards life brings happiness, reduces stress levels and improves health.
Habits for a positive mindset:
Daily physical exercise is one of the most important factors to maintain a healthy mind. Studies show that exercise reduces stress and anxiety levels, increases energy, motivation and self-esteem.
One of the habits to prevent negativity is to make positive affirmations to yourself. Each day you have hundreds of thoughts and some can be negative, to counter these create a list of 5 positive affirmations that motivate you and practice them every day.
Studies indicate that gratitude increases satisfaction and improves relationships. Being grateful for what you have, from the greatest achievements to the smallest details, will help you to value many aspects of your life.
Breathing exercises are healthy and beneficial to relax the nervous system and calm mental noise. Exercising contemplation through meditation helps you focus on the moment and see things from a different perspective.
