FRENCH health officials say there have been 135 Covid-19 deaths in the last 24 hours, its lowest daily tally in six weeks.
Total deaths: 24,895.
In detail, there have been 15,583 deaths in hospitals and 9,312 in medico-social establishments, notably in nursing homes.
A total of 25,815 patients remain in hospital. Nearly 3,819 patients are still in intensive care.
Since the start of the epidemic, 92,799 patients have been hospitalised. And more than 50,784 people have recovered.
