RINCON DE LA VICTORIA Town Hall and the Local Police warned over-14’s that they cannot ride bicycles along the seafront. Those wanting to exercise on their bikes during the permitted times are allowed to do so on the town’s Avenida Principal, always respecting the safety of others and traffic regulations, the town hall stressed. It was necessary to take this temporary measure, the Local Police explained owing to the large number of people taking advantage of the lockdown de-escalation now using the promenade. Several people have been run down by cyclists, many of whom do not respect distancing measures, police sources added.
