Weekly market returns to Benitachell on the Costa Blanca

Benitachell weekly market has reopened after nine weeks with security measures in place.

THE council said: “The day passed with absolute normality and the safety rules were respected.”
At the accesses to the Wednesday market, shoppers are given masks, hydroalcoholic gel and gloves and social distancing measures are marked clearly.
Only food stalls are opening for time being, offering fruit, veg and meats.
