AS IN so many other areas related to sport, there are many factors that can determine that a person burns more or less body fat.
Food and caloric intake: In general, a person who eats at least 3 times a day, with adequate caloric amounts to his body, will have a more accelerated metabolism – and therefore will burn more fat – than a person who makes fewer meals daily without adapting the calories you consume to your needs.
Your body has memory: Someone who has already gone through muscle definition or weight loss processes usually has an advantage. If the weight loss was done in moderation, following nutritional and sports guidelines, the body has a memory when it comes to eliminating fat cells and adipose tissue.
The percentage of body fat: This depends on several factors such as age, weight and lifestyle that a person leads. However, the percentage of body fat will be key in determining if a person is at their healthiest weight. To calculate it is always advisable to consult with a sports nutrition professional, who will study your case and advise based on your needs.
