COUNCILLOR for Urban Planning, Toni Such, said the project “will expand the current parking capacity of 2,315 places for public use.” “The new public gravel parking lot has fixed boundaries and will be signposted and illuminated for its imminent opening. This work is in line with the urban development strategy laid down by the local government, through the improvement, fitting out or refurbishment of urban spaces for the use and enjoyment of the public, as well as promoting improvements in the area of mobility. “With this new car park, Alfaz del Pi will have 2,500 free public parking spaces,” added Such.
