Amerador lookout point in Albir has been made ready for practising yoga while enjoying spectacular views

ALBIR’S spectacular Amerador lookout point is now used for yoga practice.
The town hall has installed compacted sand ideal for yoga mats in a space big enough to ensure social distancing.
The lookout was made ready for International Yoga Day and a beginners’ session for local volunteers who helped to make or distribute anti-coronavirus facemasks and visors.  Instruction included breathing techniques to counteract the negative effects of wearing a mask.
