“You Are Killing Spaniards By Bringing Infection” Vox Scrutinises the NGOs Who Rescue Up Immigrants

The spokesperson for Vox’s health branch, Juan Luis Steegmann, has scrutinised non-governmental organisations (NGOs) who rescue immigrants by saying they “are killing Spaniards and bringing infection” to the nation.

Steegmann has demanded that the central government keep a watchful eye on the NGOs who rescue immigrants, as they will “kill the Spanish” by bringing “coronavirus infections” to the country.

This Vox spokesperson argues that NGOs “promote illegal immigration” and that the government’s policies and management during the Covid-19 health crisis have worsened the issue of imported cases.

According to Vox, the NGOs must be monitored both “politically and judicially” because they “endanger the nation” as they bring immigrants who are infected with the coronavirus into Spain.

They use the case of a humanitarian NGO who brought cases from Bolivia to Spain and has now caused clusters of infection in both Murcia and Menorca. Vox states that “charity” must “start” in Spain.
