THE Spanish meat brand Campofrío Frescos has for some time had a range of vegetarian ‘meat’ but now it has launched its first fully vegan burger and mince to capture part of this growing market.
The Magic Burger and its Magic Mix mince are made from soy and pea protein, boosted by mushrooms and unlike its’ other vegetarian options is produced without the addition of egg so that it is an ideal option for not just vegetarians but vegans as well.
