Each year Marina Salud, which provides the Marina Alta’s healthcare opens these auxiliary health centres to supplement attention during the summer season when tourists swell the local population.
Urgent medical attention for respiratory problems or suspected Covid-19 is provided at the principal health centres in Denia, Javea, Calpe and Teulada, which all have parallel health circuits for suspected contagions.
Anybody with symptoms similar to those of Covid-19 should call their local health centre or ring 900300555.
