Woodland walk in Benidorm for World Mobility Week BENIDORM councillors celebrated European Mobility Week with a walk along what will soon be its newest green circuit. Commencing in El Moralet near the railway station, this will connect the Colonia Madrid district with La Cala when finished, taking 30 minutes on foot or less by bike. Mobility councillor Jose Ramon Gonzalez de Zarate, his colleagues and residents tried out the circuit’s first section, which continued as far as the Guillermo Amor sports complex. Although closed to traffic, the route’s five-metre width means that it could be used by emergency vehicles if necessary.
