British wrestler Paige’s ex-fiancée charged with sexual assault

British wrestler Paige’s ex-fiancée has been charged with four counts of sexual assault and one count of aggravated kidnapping stemming from an incident back in May.

ALBERTO DEL RIO, a former WWE wrestler, has been charged with sexual assault and kidnapping against his ex-girlfriend, the woman he has been dating since his wedding to British superstar Paige was called off.

Jose Rodriguez Chucuan aka Alberto Del Rio was arrested in San Antonio, Texas after the pro-wrestler flew into a rage following accusations that she had cheated on him.

In a heinous act, the former MMA fighter, who lost to Tito Ortiz in December 2019, is alleged to have forced her to strip and dance for him before he proceeded to sexually assault her.

He is also alleged to have struck her several times in the head with his fists and police reports confirm she had multiple bruises and lacerations on her face, and scratch marks around her neck.

The former WWE champion dated British wrestler Paige between 2016-2017 with the couple even getting engaged.

The horrendous incident could lead the 6’4″ 43-year-old to spend the rest of his life behind bars, if found guilty, with sexual assault charges carrying a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
