Piers Morgan set to star on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? after ending feud with Jeremy Clarkson

Piers Morgan set to star on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? after ending feud with Jeremy Clarkson- showbiz rivals will go head to head.

The showbiz rivals, who famously got into a *punch-up at the 2004 Press Awards, have reportedly made up after Jeremy’s team emailed Piers to invite him onto the hit ITV show.

Sources close to the production say Piers, 55, has asked co-host Susanna Reid to be a Phone A Friend- although ITV bosses are hoping that US President Donald Trump might be another. Piers will now sit opposite Sun columnist Jeremy, 60, in the Christmas special of the show, with filming due this month.

A source said: “Morgan and Clarkson squaring off on prime-time will be telly platinum. Piers relying on Jeremy for an answer with Ask The Host will be hilarious viewing.”

*Clarkson – who had clearly had a drop or two to drink – told Morgan exactly what he thought of his burgeoning TV career. “Now that you’re in my world of telly, I can tell you you’re crap,” he said, according to eyewitnesses.
