AN aggressive flouter has been arrested after allegedly attacking a Velez-Malaga police officer when told to go home as he was breaching of Covid restrictions.
NEW government restrictions prohibit the movement of people between 11am and 6pm.
The police were responding to reports from residents in an urbanisation in Torre del Mar of an individual in the street with a stereo, “disturbing the neighbourhood” and violating the curfew rules.
When approached by officers, the detainee “showed a very aggressive attitude at all times”, and allegedly attacked an officer.
