Having been in business over 30 years we’ve had to adapt and change to many new rules and regulations and we are proud to provide full transparency on product information for our clients.

We work with ‘Erudus One’ which is an easy to use, online data source, constantly updated with the information you need to be compliant with any new EU Food information and, the system offers nutritional and allergen information at the click of a button for all products in our catalogues making your menu design process super simple.

Our constant drive to source the best variety of products has seen us extend our Vegetarian and Vegan catalogues in recent years, this year we include branded products from Quorn.

Along with traditional British produce, including rolled beef joints for roasting on Sundays, Irish pork sausages for breakfasts and Wrights Cornish Pasties for lunch, we now have an entire catalogue dedicated to Asian and Indonesian cuisine full or sauces and spices, noodles and rice, your menu can now include some oriental favourites.
