Person leaps to their death while viewing an apartment in a world famous Hollywood building

A Los Angeles real estate agent had a grizzly shock when he was showing an apartment to a prospective buyer in the stat-studded Sierra Towers building on Monday afternoon, November 9. When the realtor’s back was turned, the buyer climbed over the balcony railings and jumped from an upper floor of the 31-storey building.

The multi-million dollar apartment, situated between West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, can cost as much as $2000 per square foot. Paris Hilton’s father, Rick Hilton, founded the real estate agency but is said to not have been the agent in charge of the tragic viewing.

The famous property has been home to many celebs, including David Geffen, Cher, Kelly Osbourne, Sidney Poitier, Sandra Bullock, Lindsay Lohan, Elton John and David Furnish, Britney Spears, Joan Collins and Nikki Haskell, among many others.

The LA Sheriff’s Office confirmed it had attended an incident involving a person who had fallen from the tower.
